Iron Complex is a daily iron supplement with 8 active ingredients scientifically formulated to help maintain optimum iron levels and support red blood cell formation. It features 2 gentle and highly absorbable form of iron and supporting vitamins. It delivers a synergistic blend of Iron Bisglycinate, Wholefood Iron, Vitamin C, B-Vitamins and Copper in therapeutic dosages, working together to enhance iron absorption, utilisation and overall blood support.
